About Theatre Muse UK
The nine Greek Muses were the inspiration for this supportive theatre platform. As daughters of Zeus and Mnemosyne, their role was to preside over the arts and sciences, stimulating interest in music, poetry, theatre, dance, and astronomy. Whilst astronomy may not be covered here, the arts are at the heart of this platform, and a community approach offering support to the theatre industry is the intention. Founded by Caroline Worswick (Deputy Editor of North West End UK), Theatre Muse aims to provide support to theatre makers at every stage of their development. Interviews, promotional support, features on industry developments and challenges, education, and, applauding your accomplishments. We aim to throw a spotlight on theatres at risk, and generally champion all aspects of performance. Our main focus is fringe theatre, and we have specialisms in Improv and Festivals, of which we have attended many. We look forward to working with you, please do get in touch and follow us on social media, we would love to hear from you!
